Zoiro was a dressmaker by profession. A highly religious woman, a gentle soul who was the epitome of kindness and hospitality. Her beautiful face shone with her smile. She was always ready to help her neighbours. A much loved member of the community who was characterized by the fact she was followed everywhere by her loving cat, which would wait patiently outside the church to accompany her home.

Our grandfather Michailis was the village barber with a great sense of humor. He was and fearless in expressing his opinion. Highly respected for his honesty and greatly loved by his fellows for the many pranks he would always play on them. He was a master in the game of backgammon (tavli). His barber shop is part of the complex and some of the equipment he used is displayed here.
The original main entrance has been converted into a common sitting room where visitors can enjoy watching the TV and relax in front of the fire place.
